We proudly ship only within Australia (including all states and territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT). We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Methods & Carriers All orders are shipped via Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post services) or other approved domestic couriers where necessary. We select the most reliable and cost-effective option based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Our concentrated oil perfumes are packaged securely in compliance with Australian Dangerous Goods regulations for limited quantities (flammable liquids). We use appropriate labelling and packaging to ensure safe transport.

Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate or threshold-based shipping for simplicity and fairness:

  • Standard Shipping — $8.99 AUD (or free on orders over $100 AUD)
    • Applies to most orders under 2kg (typical for perfume bottles/sets).
    • Uses Australia Post Parcel Post or equivalent.
  • Express Shipping — $19.95 AUD (available at checkout)
    • For faster delivery; uses Australia Post Express Post or equivalent.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart total and selected shipping method. Additional fees may apply for very large/heavy orders (rare for our products) or remote/rural areas — these will be displayed before payment.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin once your order is processed and handed to the carrier (usually within 1–2 business days of order confirmation).

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days Australia-wide
    • Metro areas (e.g., Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): typically 2–4 business days
    • Regional/rural/remote areas: up to 6+ business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days Australia-wide
    • Next business day possible in major metro areas (subject to cut-off times and carrier network)

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Tracking All orders include tracking information (via Australia Post or courier). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website or app.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Sydney time) on business days are usually processed and shipped the same day or next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We aim for same-day or next-business-day dispatch where possible.

Important Notes

  • Signature on Delivery: Required for some higher-value orders or Express services (Australia Post policy). If no one is available, a card may be left for collection from your local post office.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery or redirection fees due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist with carrier claims.
  • Remote Areas: Additional surcharges may apply for certain remote postcodes (e.g., islands or outback locations) — these will be advised at checkout if relevant.
