All Sales Are Final – No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we have a strict no-return, no-refund, no-exchange policy on all purchases.
Our 100% concentrated perfume oils are:
- Designed for direct skin application
- Highly potent and undiluted fragrance concentrates
- Packaged in sealed containers for freshness and safety
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our facility. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Opened or used bottles/rollers
- Unopened bottles (once shipped)
- Changed mind / scent dislike
- Allergic reactions
- Buyer’s remorse
We strongly recommend:
- Carefully reading the full scent description, notes, and reviews before purchasing
- Ordering a sample size or discovery set first if you are unsure about a fragrance (samples are non-returnable too, but allow you to test safely on skin)
- Performing a small patch test on your skin upon receipt to check for personal sensitivity
Exceptions (very limited): We will only consider returns in cases of proven manufacturing defects (e.g., completely wrong item sent, bottle arrived damaged/leaking due to shipping damage) reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order number. Any such cases are handled at our sole discretion and may result in replacement (not refund) when possible.
No exceptions will be made for hygiene-related reasons, opened products, or subjective preferences.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Final policy.
